What kind of parameter tests are you looking to do? Frequently in the
datasheets there will be test circuit drawings for some
parametric tests like input offset voltage and input bias current. Doing a basic
functional test shouldn't be too bad. Some of the parametric tests could
get difficult.

Checkout Analog Devices application notes. Analog Devices made a test
system called the LTS (Linear Test System) (not to be confused with the
ATE company LTX -- Left Teradyne at XMAS ;)
IIRC there were some circuit drawings for the LTS op-amp family board
and description of the test procedures.
