[sdiy] build your own z80:was book on using Ram

I used to dabble with Game Boy programming (old school gray toaster
sized one not the GBA or DS) . The GB CPU is pretty close but not
quite a Z80. I also used to play around with Z80 assembly on my TI-86.
I still have my serial TI download cable somewhere.
