[sdiy] B.H. Bailey Ring Mod Module

Reading this list has reminded me of when I first began the quest to 
build my own synth. I was 15 at the time.

I bought a Ring Mod which I still have today only now after many years I 
have finally treated into to its own case. I would like to know what the 
circuit is but since its potted I only know it as a brown block.

I didn't have the money to buy any other modules. I used the Ring Mod in 
my band and found it perfect for creating the strange sound used by Tony 
Iommi for the solo on Paranoid.

I did a search for B.H. Bailey and discovered he also designed a bass 
pedal synth which also featured potted electronics.

Does any one else recall these synth modules?
