[sdiy] burst generators

I've got two of Ken's design in my modular.  I built them up on perfboard,
and find a lot of use in adding spice to my 'high-hat' sounds or drum
sequences.

In this vid you can hear the result at :27 when the high-hat starts - it's
just a short burst of three or four, if I recall.
