 Use some 74LS240 bi-directional buffers (or equiv)  to wire the SRAM your data
buss and manage the access to different chips to write or read or the data
buss.. Another simple solution is to use a microcontroler  with  bi-directional
ports like a PIC chip ...

A lot of vintage synths with memory use SRAM chips + latches/buffers to manage
datas/adresses busses to the cpu : Z80 , 8051...

I am thinking about SCI prophets, Oberheim Matrix, Roland Jupiters /JX series 
and many many others in the same range... Check their schematics...
