Louis van Dompselaar posted the ROM .bin's Ken Stone's wavetable VCO on the CGS User Group, here:

This might be of some use too - it's an app that lets you scratchbuild your own 8-bit waves for a ROM:

There's a $20 donation for extended use, but it's free to try (no built in lock outs though).
