[sdiy] Tantalums in Yamaha CS20M/CS40M

Yes.  Old tantalums regularly short and in fact one did so in the cs60 I 
got..and I believe another CS20M I'd repaired.  The one I use had a 
problem in the regulator where it overvoltaged and blew up several other 
chips including VCA's.  BUmmer. -Bob
