Cmd (apple) key on the Mac. Ctrl-left-clicking always has the same  
effect as right-clicking (not only in Eagle).

We're talking cut/paste on the board, not in the schematic here, yes?  
This doesn't work here either. That's probably a consistency thing.  
After all, new components have to be created. This is usually done in  
the schematic.
