When I built the MB 4VCA, I could not get the trimmer right so that the Lin
and Log worked as desired. I fixed it by "putting the trimmer on the
switch", so there's one trimmer for log and one for lin. 
So if you make your PCB's better provide 2 trimmers on the PCB.
