[sdiy] Simple (?) sequencer mod for syncopation

The Duty knob sets the gate LOW length for each stage (because the  
SQ-10 uses gate=ground like Moog S-trig). It doesn't change how long  
each stage lasts, just how long the gate output stays low during that  
stage. Think of it as 1/32 note vs. whole note.
