Hi Dave,

I agree. Many of my old customers from the past are still pestering me to
re-launch some of these old designs for Modular Synth's.

It is a shame that Pratt-Read went out of business, Doug Curtis, (Curtis
Electro Music) passed away. A couple of us are thinking to re-releasing some
of the old Modular designs again.

There still is a thriving market for good hand built electronics.

I did some work for Harald Bode one summer re-engineering the Bode Vocoder
to use newer filter designs based upon op-amps etc. instead of the heavy
inductor based designs.

I still have one of the first Bode Vocoders and Frequency Shifters he built
out in Tonawanda New York. They work perfectly and are a thing of real
German Engineering Quality. Meaning they are built like a Tiger Tank.

Where are you based at?

Regards,

Terry
