Yes.  Not sure about how much slower, but if the circuit was laid out nicely and with a decent capacitor (not a crappy disc ceramic) I'm sure it could go much lower.

The law of the control input.  Didn't I say .. its a VCLFO.

So, does increasing input voltage mean increasing frequency or increasing time?
