I think it should be called (Drum Roll Please) a Stephensine wave.

Seriously though Kyle did ask "What if" which is exactly how many important
discoveries have been made.
I still would like to know what it would sound like, I strongly suspect that
it will primarily act as a frequency divider but the nonideal effects of the
real world analog circuits could add all sorts of interesting frequency
components, on the other hand it may just sound like a pure sine wave one
octave down from the original Saw or Ramp, which still could be mixed back
in for a "Fatter" sound.
Stephensine - StephensTine - Frankenstein just in case anyone missed the

Sounds like someone has discovered a new waveform. :-) May I suggest
"Sawn" (combo of saw and sine) for the name?
