Go to Schroff's website, dig through until you find the part number.  Then
use the part locator on the site to find a distributer with stock.
I did it once but then came to my senses before switching the rails out.

Or, just buy 2.5mm screws which are available *everywhere* and cheaper then
buying the inserts, and then when you pick up surplus subracks with the
standard 2.5mm rails ( Doepfer did not choose to use standard rails ) your
stuff will just work...
