You could design your own and have acrylic laser-cut to your specs:

They have acrylic in a wide range of colors; thicknesses run up to 0.354
inches.
I've used them for one (non-synth-related) project and was pleased with the
results. Ignore all of the hooplah about uploading your design and selling
it; that's the basis of their business model but there's no problem at all
with doing a one-off for yourself.
