I have built one many years ago. It has five voices, based on
Doepfer's CEM-based Voice Card kits from the early eighties. Voice
assignment and patch management is done by a venerable 6502.
The sad thing about this synth is, almost every time I fire it up
(which doesn't happen often these days) another CEM chip seems to
have bitten the dust. I have run out of 3330s, so the synth can't be
run in polyphonic mode any more. :-(
