[sdiy] Simple digital ADSR?

Has anyone made a simple digital envelope (gate input and CV out) with, say, rotary encoders for editing, and maybe the ability to control multiple envelopes from the same interface?

I doesn't really matter a lot, I'm just daydreaming about adding envelopes to polysynths that aren't very well specified in this department.  It would be nice if there was a more or less pre-existing solution, but I'm not really motivated enough to try my hand at it (mainly because it would inevitably become over ambitious).
