[sdiy] request for help re arduino module pcb

hey all,

i'd like to turn the arduino module design into a PCB for all to 
share, but i don't know any design applications and with my schedule 
being the way it is i'm not going to get time to do so anytime soon.

would anyone be interested in schem capture & layout for this 
(relatively) simple circuit? (not to mention cleaning up the design a 
bit probably) i would of course compensate with free boards or 
whatever.
