And MSR2 was released around '94. My best guess: The late Doug Curtis
had "left over" wafers to produce chips to Marion System and finally
sold what was left to Dave Smith Instruments to become PA397s. If You
probe around, these are the most likely some of the last
Waveshaper/Filter/VCA combinations also sold as CEM branded, but in
DIP form.
