Yes, I agree, but I think you've got positive and negative the wrong  
way around. The SSM2164 gives gain for *negative* voltages at the CV  
input, so it's those you want to block, not positive. Just reverse  
the diodes in that ideal diode/precision rectifier. Or am I the one  
the wrong way around?
