Covers both general 19" rack (a.k.a. IEC 60297-3) and eurorack
chassis (which they call "subracks").

The dimensions largely agree with those Simon Gatrall quoted from
EIA-310. More reliable than the wikipedia article which gives
18.3" / 482.6 mm for the horizontal screw hole pitch, when it's
most probably really 18-5/16" / 465.1 mm.
