I guess the Sallen-Key with OTA is an example (MS-20 style, for  
example)- it's hard to find a specific spot and say "oh that's an  
integrator," particularly with the feedback cap.

With SVFs or the four-pole-with-feedback-types its easy to arrange  
things to see an integrator structure.
