Hello Dave,

If you are not strict on the spectrum of the noise,
my very simple noise source can be used.

The blog is in japanese, but, the schematic will be understandable.
When the voltage swing of 50mVpp is not large enough for your application,
you have only to add another amplifier, which can be used for filtering.
