I just finished restoring one of these and no knobs came with it.  It's 
got the Buddhist shrine roof shaped knobs.  If anyone is interested too 
Paul will be selling this thing to raise cash for his teeth.  What else 
do we have in the cue.. just fixed a vox Jaguar...have a wood key 
continental just about done. One low A won't divide.  I'm ordering a new 
module for it just in case it's that.  After swapping half a dozen 
transistor pairs in I'm thinking that probably..  And always polysix's 
and an Ax73 still here all ready to go. I'll probably sell the yamaha 
SK15 too. Nice but I have too many things along those lines.  -Bob
