[sdiy] OT - plastic bolt covers and washers

I'm looking for some white plastic caps to cover 1/2" and 5/8" bolts.  
These should have the correct inside diameter to grab the matching nut, 
and provid 3/4" to 1" clearance from the nut to the top of the bolt.  
Think miniature PVC pipe end caps that would fit the nut.

Also looking for some plastic fender washers 1/2" x 1-1/2" and 5/8" x 2".

Anybody know of a source?  I've been to McMasters and SmallParts.com.
