[sdiy] Synclavier buttons

The Synclavier famously used high-reliability mil-spec buttons which  
apparently also feature in the B-52 bomber. At least, I seem unable  
to find a webpage about the Synclavier that *doesn't* mention this fact!

But nowhere can I find out what exactly these buttons are. Which  
manufacturer? Which model?

  If they're so good, I'm curious to know how much they cost. (They  
look good too). Any ideas?
