Ive been shipping stuff stateside for, well, years, and, so long as the 
weight is kept below 2kg, the price is not totally unresonable.

Above 2kg, and the cost jumps a whole load, as then it goes on a different 
service.

Whats probably more unresonable is the 4.4% it costs to take card payments 
from the states.  Im all set up for mainland europe (i hold a euro account, 
as well as a sterling one) but im not so dollar orientated...
