TL071 has 10mV max voltage offset.  TL071A has 6mV and TL071B has 3mV.  For
a lot of stuff this is insignificant but applications where DC accuracy is
important use the 'B' graded TL071/2/4 etc.  Lower offset also usually
implies lower offset voltage drift (time/temperature)  George.
