Same problem in Belgium with customs office...
And if you're out of luck you have a queue of 40 people. At noon or
closure time even when there's still 10 or more people in queue he
closes his office... Very Kafka sometimes :p
thx for straightening out banzaieffects, they deserve it. It's a good
shop, the most helpfull i've come across for Europe.
And I'm indeed not going to order 100 Pots at once as i'm just starting
out :p ...
