Most of the scans I have put up is from papercopies I have received and 
scanned. Since my scanner has restricted surface area and I didn't have 
proper tools to glue scans together, I scanned the pages in one run, but 
tried to make sure I got it all, in which case I scanned the pages 
offset such that completeness could be achieved.

I would be happy to scan from better sources and to maintain better 
quality. Back when I did it I was severly limited by space of that 
account, so I targeted for best quality per kB without doing too much 
processing (none infact).

If only someone supplies me with the material, I do have a site for it!
