Look into IDC (inslation displacement, AKA ribbon cable) connectors.  Dual row on .1" centers, available in a fair variety of straight & right angle combinations.  While they're usually intended to be used with a ribbon in between, you can also mix & match the PCB ends, and probably reach the combination you need.
