I built a VCO with two sets of outputs, and you can vary the phase of
the second set under voltage control over a range of 180 degrees (but
they stay frequency locked). It makes a pretty wacky VCLFO, and it
sounds cool in the audio range too. I call it the VCPO (Voltage
Controlled Phase Oscillator).
