Your wish for a happy holiday is not consistent with calling us
terrorists.  That's just hateful, and it's not appropriate for this
list.

Also not appropriate for this list.  

But I need to correct a point here; the US does provide health care to
all, be they insured, uninsured, citizens, noncitizens, regardless of
race, religion or political affiliation.  Americans have developed
most of the breakthrough medical innovations, procedures, equipment
and pharmaceuticals, and provided them throughout the world, often for
free or at a discount.  We train medical professionals from all over
the world.

Though I have to say, Iran's health care policies are sure
interesting.  For instance, there's the bullet fee:
