Not dumb,

Always refer to the data sheet, but I expect the 4067 will be 0.3".

According to Wicki, packages up to 24 or 28 pins can have 0.3"
spacing and 24 upwards 0.8" spacing.

Questions often come up regarding IC properties, especially with
the amount of package types now avilable from major vendors.
The most recent data sheets give the best info, the "letters" around
the type number are critical to the exact specs.
