[sdiy] 0.141" vs 0.125" jacks (was: 1/8" jack recommendations)

Buchlas use Switchcraft 41 type jacks. I have lots of them and they  
are not a problem at all. In fact, I very much recommend them. I  
assume that since they've been made forever unchanged, they will be  
made for some time to come.
