[sdiy] Long "Doepfer" cables

Make them.

Get a roll of 10 way ribbon cable, and the connectors (search for "IEC" )

There's probably a tool to put them on, but you can get them on the edge of 
a table, and then use your weight.  Do too many though, and youll get a saw 
thumb!

Make sure the ribbon is the right pitch (i think its 1mm as opposed to 
1.27mm - but do check, as im not sure!)

ps. 10 to 16 way bus connectors are also usefull for isolating modules from 
the bus cv and gate lines without having to use the front panel 
normalisation.
