Fatar makes nice ones. Like most you'll find these days, they require
a scanning microcontroller. I don't know if anyone makes
"traditional" bus-bar style assemblies anymore on a commercial basis.
There are some not-too-shabby Chinese keybed makers these days also.
Unfortunately a quick search failed to turn up any direct links...
