[sdiy] Long "Doepfer" cables

I'm in need of some long, around 12 to 14 inches, Doepfer 10 pin to 16 pin
cables. Does anyone know where one can buy these?

Can they be made without special equipment? If so, what kind of connector
can I assemble without special tools?
