Michael, Tim,

I really like these ideas as it is an interesting approach to fast- 
prototyping. I must admit that my own laziness is my biggest obstacle  
at times for coming up with interesting patches i.e. running  
everything through everything else.

Your solution(s) in effect–moves the concept into the realm of the  
whiteboard where I, as well as many others here, (most likely) do  
their thinking. As much As I love to look at my modular I think that  
moving my visual focus *away* from looking at black and silver panels  
that say "440" or "AFG" to an abstract space that upsets my usual  
headspace.
