[sdiy] faster/looser potis

Derek, Bob and all,
I've used Deoxit F5 FaderLube in the past to clean Alpha/Alps type pots.
It loosens them a little but not much.
The Bournes conductive plastic pots will probably be a more attractive
solution for the "action oriented" mixing use. They have not only the
light feel, but also a 100,000 cycle mechanical life. The Alphas are
rated for 16,000 cycles (according to the Mouser catalog).
A bit more spendy, but the Bournes pots will last longer and they are
sealed.
