i used futurlec for prototypes. for higher quantities i used PCBcart, 
which did a very good job everytime. they offer different colors for PCB, 
soldermask and silkscreen, which is a nice goodie. their communication and 
customer service is awesome. you pay via paypal, which is very easy, and 
have a choice of different postal services.
