I see that nobody has mentioned Futurlec <http://www.futurlec.com> yet. 
  These appear to be pretty cheap and I've been thinking about giving 
them a try.

They appear to have a cheap international rate to certain countries 
including Australia.  (I've researched board houses over here and they 
want an arm, a leg and your first born for the simplest of things.  AND 
they make out like they're giving a good deal.)

Anyone have any experience dealing with them?
