You have to specify smooth-edge de-panelisation on your order.
Otherwise they use shears.
My biggest gripe with Olimex is the variable size of the thru-hole plating -
holes seem to vary between about 0.1 and 0.2mm less than the drill size.
But for the money, I still use them.
They have the advantages of being cheap, fast, and inside the EU so I don't
have to pay any import duty or customs brokerage fees.
Obviously that last point is no good if you live in the US.
