[sdiy] New digital audio SDIY project

I'd like to say I did that to reduce routing delays, but the truth is 
that I did the initial placement with the wrong footprint. Turning 45deg 
was the best way to avoid re-routing the rest of the board. :P

Fortunately, it worked out nicely and lends an interesting look to the 
board.
