ok i got a hold of them and one seems to work fine, the output is low
but not distorted or any artifacts....
the other one seems to load fine but when i play on the keys i get no
sound at the output.
i will reseat everything to see if that works...
maybe the keyboard needs a look at?
i noticed in the parameters that there is a local control on/off
option so i will double check that as well!
thanks for the schematics and service manual!
i think the dsk8 is the 8-bit one and the plain dsk is the 12-bit?
how would one tell from the inside? which chips are the DACs?
cheers,
Nate
