It will depend somewhat on the actual finish of the copper track and how you 
store it.
In theory you should only leave RoHS boards exposed to free air for a few 
weeks or months. After that you may need to heat the board up to dry it out. 
After that you should check the copper finish and if it looks tarnished then 
use a good cleaner to clean the boards.
If you know boards are going to be stored for some time then you should seal 
them in an air-tight bag preferably with some silica gel. This will minimise 
moisture ingress to the board and reduce the amount of oxidation that RoHS 
boards are more sensitive to.
