Hi Paul!

The Gorf looks so nice and very functional!

Of course the distance between the pots could be bigger but I think this "minimisation" make your
Gorf a candiate for a cult object like the TenoriOn ort he KaossPads.
And if I want a bigger distance I make a bigger board and install the pots and LEDs on it.

I could work with this kind of "kit of necessary and hard to get parts".

Interesting that you use analog pots - I though that you used the digital encoder - but of course
they need more PCB pins...

possible additional functions:

- ping pong mode selectable (sequence going up and then down)
- song mode where you can put some pattern in a queue that will be played as one song (and then repeated?)
At least the compination of 2 8step sequences into one 16 step sequence would be fine for
getting a "cutdown" 16step sequencer (the step leds could blink twice fort he second 8 steps...)
- double trigger mode - each note will be triggered twice. For double hit effects or "simulating" a 16 step
sequencer if if there are only 8 notes.

Ciao
Peter
