This means Erase/Write cycles.

And 100 to 1000 is really low. But when I talked to our distrubutor of microcontrollers he said that you have to take care when comparing these values.
Some manufacturers tell you 10k or more programming cycles but at room temperature.

Another manufacturer says 100 to 1000 but over the whole industrial (-40...+85°C) or automotive range (-40...+125°C).
At room temperature they typically can also have 10k or more. Sometime this is the "typical" column in the table.
