[sdiy] tr-909 cymbal triggers

Heya,

I've added trigger inputs/outputs to all the voices of the TR-909,  
however all the digital sounds (ride/crash/hats) fail to respond to  
the trigger inputs, but I get trigger output from them just fine.

I remember reading something about the TR-808 needing an accent  
voltage along with the trigger, but the ride and the crash don't have  
accent as an option.  So I'm guessing there's another event for these  
circuits that coincides with the trigger input that I'm missing, but  
I can't figure out what it is.

Any ideas?
