well that was the situation i was going for with the arduino board, 
too. i'd set up some hardware and software conventions, and then 
hopefully people would contribute and we'd have a library of stuff 
that was compatible.

i'll still finish my arduino board just because, but i'll be taking a 
long look at this one because it  seems to be much further ahead in 
terms of facilities. and, there's a PCB, which is huge :-)
